How long does it take?
About 15โ25 minutes of mixing, once the bowl has been frozen overnight. Thicker bases take a little longer.
Do I need ice or salt?
No. The frozen bowl does all the work, so no ice, no rock salt and no mess.
What can I make?
Ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt and milkshake-style desserts. Dairy-free bases work too.
How much does it make?
The bowl holds about 500 ml (about 1 pint / 17 fl oz), enough for 2โ4 scoops. Perfect for one person or two to share.
