1-Year Limited Warranty

The 1-Year Warranty can be added in your cart for each ScoopCup. It covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, for example a motor that stops working or a switch that fails under normal use.

Not covered

• Drops, cracks or impact damage
• Water damage to the motor lid, including putting it in water or the dishwasher
• Use with a bowl that isn't fully frozen, or with hot, alcoholic or very thick bases
• Cosmetic wear, lost parts, modifications or repairs by anyone else
• Commercial use

How to claim

Email us at scoopcup9@gmail.com or message us through our contact page with your order number, a description of the problem, and a short video showing it. If your claim is approved, we send a replacement unit or part. The warranty is replacement only, not a cash refund. It covers one replacement, is non-transferable, and the replacement is covered for the remainder of the original 12 months.

Without the warranty

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered by the 48-hour damaged-item rule in our Refund policy.
